New To The Barre Collective?

Our instructors share over twenty combined years of experience teaching both in-person and online Barre classes. Our classes are meant to meet you where you are with minimal equipment required. A hip-height surface, a small inflatable ball, and light weights (optional) are all you need to get started. If you don't have those things available, don't worry, there are modifications for every movement so you can focus on your form. Remember, if a movement is too difficult, modify, don't quit.

While we are an online barre studio (for now), it is difficult to make form adjustments from a distance.
