Barre is a low-impact, full body workout, targeting each muscle group with small movements. The moves in barre are similar to those found in pilates, yoga, and ballet. Our barre classes are made up of small intentional moves choreographed to fatigue muscles and hit the “burn zone”. Muscle fibers break down as they are overloaded with the work of barre, and then lengthened through stretching as they repair. Barre is a self progressing workout attainable to all levels- no dance or fitness background needed to take class.
